The Farmer Mentorship Program is open to all farmers in Ghana, regardless of experience level. To qualify, you need to be actively involved in farming, be willing to implement new techniques, and commit to the 6-month program duration. We particularly encourage applications from women and youth farmers.
Most of our programs are offered at no cost to participants, thanks to our partnerships with government agencies and international organizations. For some specialized training programs, there may be a nominal fee to cover materials and resources, but financial assistance is available for those who qualify.
Program durations vary based on the type and intensity. The Farmer Mentorship Program runs for 6 months, while our Agricultural Education workshops typically last 1-2 weeks. The Youth Employment Program offers ongoing job placements with regular check-ins and support. All programs include follow-up support after completion.
